Based on HTML5 and XFA technology it allows structured document oriented data aquisition and presentation as well as integration in electronic health records. SAP R/3 based integration in i.s.h.med hospital information system and HTML5 based electronic health records, modules for data synchronisation based on XML and JSON and integration of standard interfaces as CDA are available. Further integration modules as HL7 FHIR will follow.
